Based on the predicted weather for this afternoon and evening, the Voters’ Meeting for this evening, March 2st, is cancelled.
We decided to cancel based on:
Reed Springs School District closing their schools at 12:45 PM, March 21st.
The planned dinner before the Voter’s Meeting. Any decision to cancel needed to be made before people began to start preparing their dinners to bring.
The primary concern was dropping temperatures this evening and the predicted snow during the Voters’ meeting.
Not wanting anyone to have dangerous drive home, it seemed prudent to reschedule for another time. The church website and bulletins will post information on the rescheduled Voter’s Meeting.
